CHRISTIAN DIOR vintage bag, Paris, made in Italy, model Lady Dior medium size, in cannage style black microfiber. Top zip closure, with two handles, one with four gold charms of the the firm letters. The interior is lined in red monogrammed fabric, with a zipped pocket. Code number RU 0977.
Good condition, but the outer fabric with a slightly catchy touch, the outer fabric with slight discoloration and some slightly visible stain. Slight wear on the four corners. The handles have a lot of wear and discoloration. The chain and zip pull with color wear. The interior has some stain. See images. 

The Lady Dior handbag has become the most iconic and charismatic Christian Dior accessory. When Prime Minister Jacques Chirac wife’s contacted Dior for a gift to Lady Diana on the occasion of her visit to Paris, they chose their small classic cannage bag. When the princess returned to Britain, she visited a children's hospital and the photo of Lady Diana with the bag holding a child circled the world. In her honor, the iconic bag was renamed by the firm as the Lady Dior bag.
